Cape Town, 09 July2015: This July Heart FM and GrandWest celebrate the second birthday of their satellite studio situated at GrandWest. GrandWest is currently the only entertainment venue in the Western Cape to boast an on-site radio station.
Since its first live broadcast on the 10th of July 2013 more than 550 shows have been broadcast live from the studio. The satellite studio is located to the left of the main entrance of the venue, giving listeners a unique opportunity to see their favourite personalities in action on a weekly basis. The studio has hosted many a local and international celebrity over the last two years.
In celebration of the birthday, the Cape Village at GrandWest – just outside the popular Ice Station – will be carnival themed with spot prizes and fun activities for the whole family between 12h00 and 14h00 Saturday, 11 July 2015.
